There's a young snd very oversized lady who works the overnight shift here who is very rude. Perhaps one of the rudest hotel employees. I've ever had a displeasure of encountering, except maybe second only to the assistant manager lady to whom she was speaking to on the phone during this encounter. and I've been all over the world with the air force and constantly moving throughout my life. After listening to her, refuse to escalate. A complaint of a tenant to a specific member of upper management. Not only was she dismissive and rude to the tent, she seemed to take a sadistic pleasure in making their situation even more difficult. And I later found out this specific tenant had been staying at this extended stay hotel for the better part of a year. Paying an upwards of a $100 a day.Because they barely discount weekly rates grom what i'm told. I won't go into detail her situation, but from the outside.Looking in the desperation she had, you could tell her options were limited, and what she was asking for didn't seem very unrealistic. I also do not wish to be seen as fanning rumors and spreading gossip. About this young lady, because it seems that those two aforementioned employees had already done plenty of that themselves and she had been through enough. Not one moment passed by after she left the counter.Did this young lady while on phone with her?Assistant manager not only talk about intimate details of what she was going through.She also expressed no sensitivity and very little tact, as she was speaking at a high enough volume for other tenants to hear. Of course.I have no doubt that this was done intentionally.In order to solely this young woman's reputation as she had been in this establishment for quite some time than was known throughout by many. I'm not going to go into all the details here as i'm probably limited. Surely, the only saving grace was the gentleman who manages the hotel? He was both professional courteous and willing to listen to this young lady's issues and take appropriate actions as he did not become aware of the actions of his subordinates until the following day because the young lady was forced to sleep in her vehicle until he arrived at work later that morning granted.This was a difference between two a m and eight a m on a very cold north texas night. I myself was verbally accosted by this Oversized. Female desk clerk. Simply for following this young woman down the hall to offer condolences. She very rudely raised her voice at me and my spouse to get out of the building and into the cold evening night, we were forced to wait in the foyer between the 2 double doors for our rideshare, but not moments later did this same young woman threaten us with trespassing from "her" building not caring for our safety, Our well being or our reason for even being there in the first place! So to avoid any further tantrums from this young woman, we walked out of the front.Door across the parking lot and into the neighboring hotel.Who welcomed us warmly, professionally and assisted us with everything we needed. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, not while individuals such as those two continue to be employed. But if you go across the parking lot, you will find your stay with that hotel to be very pleasant indeed.

Truly enjoyed my stay here from November 14 til December 2,2025. I was pleased with how well the staff was with all the guest and how they tried to make everyone feel like family. I wasn’t able to get home for Thanksgiving but Dezman the front desk guy had cook and made me a plate and I must say he can cook. I will be back anytime I’m in the area.

We arrived to hotel and dropped our things off. Upon returning we go in the bathroom and there are dirty towels hanging on back of the door and the hook on the wall. There are no clean hand towels or wash cloths. I’m completely disgusted. The walls and bathroom door are filthy. I let the front desk know early in the AM and they acted unimpressed and said they would let management know. I emailed both the assistant GM and the GM to let them know and I have received no response. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Post-Stay Overall Review (Posted 9/11/25): I stayed at this hotel for a total of 36 nights. The housekeeping staff was consistently professional, and I appreciated their efforts in keeping my room clean. However, my experience with the front desk staff fell short of basic customer service expectations. If this is typical of a 2-star hotel, I’ll do my best to avoid staying at one in the future. Initial Review (Posted Mid-August 2025): I’m staying at this extended stay hotel temporarily while searching for a permanent home. I chose it because it’s close to work, affordable, pet-friendly, and offers free self-service laundry. However, I hope management can address a couple of ongoing issues. There’s frequently pet waste left outside, and no system in place to ensure owners clean up after their pets. Additionally, guests often leave laundry in machines long after the cycle ends, making it difficult for others to use them. Right now, I've been waiting for over a hour to do my laundry because machines are occupied with unattended clothes. Staff mentioned they’re unable to move guest items, so I’m unsure how to proceed respectfully. I appreciate the amenities, but a little more structure could really improve the experience for everyone.

Good/friendly service and clean room. Amenities helpful to me included free laundry, exercise room with a variety of nice equipment, business desk with computer and printer, and ability to check out blenders, crock pot etc. from the front desk to cook some healthy meals. Also, good supplies in the kitchen and I grilled some burgers and chicken on the grill outside. Will stay at this hotel again.
