My wife and I visited this Staples and had a great experience! The store was clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I spent some time checking out their printer section and they have an excellent selection ranging from basic home printers to high-end laser models with scanners. This Staples takes tech batters to recycle. There is also a photoshoot area for passports and ID's. While I was browsing, my wife was returning an item at the front. She said the employee who helped her was very polite and professional, even when another staff member kept interrupting with questions about an Amazon delivery driver. The employee stayed calm and focused on helping her. i find that awesome customer service! This Staples is organized and has plenty of office, school, and home supplies. My experience was positive and would return.

Large store with all merchandise in stock. It provides online order pickup facility. There’s printing area and shipping facility. The staples rewards often provides good deal. The staff is friendly and store is clean. There’s ample parking outside and checkout line is short. Staples always provide a nice in store shopping experience.

I came in this evening for help on a print poster board. My design was not able to upload properly, but BART kept a positive attitude and helped walk me through it E2E. Even though I was using canva, he was able to give clear instruction, juggle other customers, and print my board perfectly! Amazing crew in the print department. Brittany also stepped in and supported me! 5 stars for this team. Big THANK YOU!

I’ve never made an Amazon return at Staples until yesterday. Jennifer was awesome. She quickly noticed my box directed me over to where the Amazon returns were. She was pleasant, professional, competent, and engaging. I will be back to that Staples in Frisco because of her! She went above and beyond to treat me like a VIP
