Quality Inn West Plano - Dallas

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn in West Plano. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—hot, fresh, and with plenty of variety. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access. For the price, the value is excellent. I felt safe and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

As a woman staying alone, this place gave me exactly what I needed. A quiet space where I felt safe, taken care of, and also convenient to so many things close by. Definitely a very pleasant surprise from normal travel!

Amazing staff (Pat was phenomenal - both Pat & James had superb customer service). Not sure what the smell in the room was, but the room was clean. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel/inn in a while. Peaceful rest. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The service is terrible both of the receptionist are very care lacking, they do not offer any good service. The room looks worn down, the furniture is old, the chairs are peeling. The breakfast was not good either, do not recommend. The good thing that it is closed to a lot of stored

Great hotel. It should be more than 2 stars. Nice people, clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, walking distance to stores and restaurants.
