I came in late Thursday night with 2 toddlers and Upon check in, I was told they would put a $100 hold on my card as a deposit and they were far from friendly.Well checked out the next morning left the room completely clean and it had now been 3 weeks since our stay and the deposit has yet to be released and returned the front desk acts like they know nothing about it and have actually hung up on me 5 times for asking the simple question was my deposit actually released and asked for confirmation. They blame it solely on my bank who has confirmed multiple times the hotel charged the card and has yet to release the funds and offered to reach out to the hotel but they couldn’t get a clear answer either.DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN it has been 3 weeks since our stay and still no deposit back
Bad from the start. Checked in and went to the room the door was open and the room was dirty. Went back to front desk and was sent to a new room that was "supposedly" clean. The room was far from clean. We left the property for a bit and decided we were not comfortable staying in a dirty room. We went to the desk and there were guests checking in were didnt want to make a scene and affect others experiences told them our plans had changed and room wasnt clean so we're leaving and asked for a refund. We were denied. We left and contacted hotels.com. They agreed that was unacceptable and contacted the property for us to negotiate the refund they were also denied. Poor buisness in my opinion. Would not recommend.
I came in late Sunday night. Upon check in, I was told they would put a $100 hold on my card as a deposit. I went to my room and then received a fraud alert email from my bank. Upon checking the desk employee had made two $100 charges and a $300 charge. I went back downstairs and talked to the employee who had to call somebody about having it fixed. These charges were fixed. I then had to call my bank to have my card reactivated. The day after I checked out,I checked my account and had been charged a $200 deposit. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that the general manager would call me in a few minutes. After waiting a while, I called back and spoke to the general manager that blamed the incorrect charges on their system and told me there was nothing that she could do.
Don't expect peace and quiet or to sleep! Dogs were whining, whimpering and barking in the room next to mine all night!! I called the front desk several times and were told they would look into the dogs and then on repeated calls that they would call the police to have them removed but then after the noise continued on for another hour and my repeated calls that the dogs had been checked in as service dogs and no one would answer the knocking on their room door (even though there was no paperwork to prove they were even really service dogs) so there was nothing the manager could do even with the excessive noise expect move me to a different room but after getting out of bed and packing up all my all my belongings at 2:40 a.m. to be moved down the hall a few rooms I could still hear the dogs barking and carrying on! Yes, that's how loud it was! I could maybe have overlooked the paint peeling from the ceiling, a little musty smell or the toilet either not being clean or having rust stains but I need to get some sleep! I'm very disappointed and do not recommend!
The staff, while under training was surprisingly good. One of the overnight trainees did not know what a laundry bag was but was able to find a trash bag that I could use. We needed to stay because of an unexpected water heater issue that had all of the water to the house shut off. The only reason for 4 stars is that the people staying at the hotel were loud and the beds were a bit hard for our liking.
