Excellent customer service I’ve grown accustomed to! This was a pleasing combat from yesterday’s discrimination experience at the bank located on Campbell and Plano Road! From now on I’ll visit my neighborhood branch so as not to be told to go to drive through and receive service!!!!!!! Alexis and Jay were extremely courteous to me!
