Chase Bank

Getting into this location is tricky, traffic in the area is high and the entrances are tight. That's my only complaint. Wanted to leave a good review for how friendly one of the personal bankers was, Martha Obregon. She was very friendly and detailed, and took the time to help me with my needs. She did not rush me out the door, and made me feel valued as a customer. Great service by Martha!

I have always had fast, pleasant service. Given the published banking restrictions, I have not had any problems outside my own wish accounts would post faster. Greeted with a smile always.

I’ve been here multiple times and every time I go Karla is very rude and unwilling to help and has a very bad attitude. I simply asked for a check to be cashed and rather than explaining the issue she said that I didn’t have enough money in my account which would have nothing to do with it. She did not do as I requested instead withdrew money from my account and told me my check would be deposited in a couple of days… just awful. No one else to help and very busy. Don’t go here

Update: I just went here again and I still stand behind my original review. Very personable very helpful. I don't know why some are rating so bad unless they are expecting the bank to do things they can't or shouldn't. Original: Okay so I saw review avg of 2.1. I reluctantly went expecting bad service and poor facility. I got the opposite. Karla was extremely helpful, efficient, very friendly and quick. This is a small branch like all banks are going to because of online use. The walk-up ATM inside may be a security precaution but I could swear as I was leaving I could see another ATM in the Drive Thru. So I dont get that complaint. I understand about some issues of how busy but I dont think that is fair to the branch itself, from my experience. I dont live in Plano but if I bank up here again I won't hesitate to come to this location.

Customer service doesn’t even know what they’re doing, how is the atm at that bank not associated with the office inside???. Don’t even get me started on the ATM they already only have one and it doesn’t work, took our money and never gave it back or deposited into our acct. We called and called and they’ve have been saying the same thing that we will receive it and never do. Don’t waste your time and go to spring creek chase instead.
