PNC Bank

So let me start off by saying I am not a fan of PNC. We Miss BBVA. ROSA took her time to call me several days after I left the bank to ask if everything was still in working order. She and people like her is what is keeping this company alive. 2022 This place has no customer service anymore. 2025

Rosa is the only person who is customer focused and trying to be helpful at this location. All others are not. Worst customer service. They don’t care if someone is standing for a long time to deposit a check and be sent back, because they are busy. I am not sure how can they send a customer back saying they are counting their checks and mistakes and could not be able to attend anyone. What a ruthless pnc center and its customer service??

Oct. 21st, 2019: I was trying to open and checking account with BBVA Bank at this particular location due to all other locations are around 2 stars or below. First time at any BBVA Bank, and was suggested by a good friend of mine. Since I usually don’t trust banks over cash money over everything, due to I’ve had many other banks mistakenly deposit money to wrong person at those times, and having hard time to get my money back somehow!? However, the bank associate was friendly, but due to few confusions of communication errors with the associate. I decided to NOT open an account with BBVA Bank. Walked in to speak with a banker, ended up standing at the front desk for over 5 min. After multiple bankers walked by without saying someone will be with you shortly, one banker that had walked passed before, asked me if I have been helped. I said no. She asked if I needed help, after saying yes and walking to her office, I thought of corse I need help! I didn't drive from Richardson to stand in the front to be ignored! Sat down and spoke with her for maybe 10 min then left. Poor customer service. Will go to another branch from now.

For thirty years I have banked at this bank and it's antecedents. I stay here because of the people, especially the one constant in customer contact for many of those years, "Bernie" Suckling. A good and conservative bank.
