avid hotel Plano North by IHG

I love this hotel! It's clean, has a great breakfast and the staff is so friendly helpful and kind. My family and I wrte in a situation where we had to stay longer than planned (about 4 weeks) and the staff was incredible, they did everything they could to make us feel like family. So our appreciation and kudos to Nidhi, Alex, Michelle, the rest of the desk staff as well as housekeeping. They were always smiling, kind and willing to help! I loved this hotel and my stay there. I will be back!!!!🥰❤️❤️❤️

The front staff are wonderful. I stayed here more than two weeks and learned many of their names. Nadhi always had a ready smile as did Bana. Michelle and Alex showed dedication and an appreciated quiet professionalism. Chris was another standout. They all created a welcoming environment. Beatriz and her staff were excellent. Everything was kept clean promptly. From housekeeping rooms to the lobby everything was clean. I watched kids make enormous messes that did not last even a few minutes. Bonus, everything smelled wonderful at all times. I would 100% stay here again and again.

I stayed here the first night of my vacation. I specifically stayed here due to location. I received a text as soon as I got into my room to ask if everything was good with my room and if I needed anything I could let the front desk know. That's 100% Great Service. They have a 24/7 market that you can charge to your room with drinks, juices and snacks. It was quiet. Yes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear others conversations. I slept so good. The next day I was due to check out I received another email telling me I could text them when I was leaving they would receive a receipt in my email. Im an IHG Rewards member and rather than disturb the front desk I checked out on my app. The stay and the staff were pleasant! I would definitely stay again when in town! Brand new hotel offer super clean room, breakfast, 24/7 still water(cold/hot) and soda water. They have 2 ev charge stations for customers too, it definitely saves me some money. Very friendly customer service, love Avid hotels!
