Took a package with two shirts in the box. Package weighed 1 pound 6 ounces and was shipped. Received a new upcharge after delivery that the package had the same dimensions, but was now charged for 25 pounds with explanation of third-party adjustment???

What an experience! Is what I would like to say, ever since the best employee Steven Hudes left this store my visits just haven't been the same. Every time I walk in i expect to see his smiling face and helpful demeanor and my heart sinks every time I don't see it, in his memory I leave this 5-star review. I hope they understand what a great employee they had.
I have rented a physical mailbox for many years at the UPS Store located at 2300 W McDermott Dr. Ste 200, Plano, TX. The store provided me with a key, allowing me to access my mailbox within a minute whenever I visited. A few months ago, I renewed my mailbox service for another year. Today, when I stopped by to check my mail, I discovered that my physical mailbox had been removed. The store employee informed me that I no longer have a physical mailbox but now have a "virtual mailbox". This means I must ask a store employee to check my mailbox each time, resulting in longer wait times, especially during busy hours. I expressed to the store manager that my service had been downgraded without my consent, as the convenience of immediate access was no longer available. The manager acknowledged that I would have to wait longer but insisted that my service was not downgraded. It's like paying for an airline ticket but being told to take a bus instead—it's absurd! I asked if I could terminate my mailbox service and receive a prorated refund, but the manager refused. I feel they do not respect their customers or address concerns, and I am deeply disappointed with how they've treated a customer. =============================== In response to the store's reply: First, the so-called "concierge service" is not an upgrade. I previously had a physical mailbox, which was convenient for me, and I simply want that service back. Second, when I asked to regain my physical mailbox, you informed me that all available physical mailboxes are currently occupied. You stated that if I wanted a physical mailbox, I would need to wait for one to become available in the future. When I asked how long that might take, you said you didn't know. Therefore, I requested to terminate my contract and receive a prorated refund, but you refused this as well.
Really appreciate the top-notch, friendly customer service from Grant. He is knowledgeable and truly fantastic at what he does.
