The Emory

I toured this property last week and it was stunning. Every detail, every amenity, and every staff member I encountered was so pleasant. What a beautiful apartment community in downtown Plano - the team seems to really care about their residents.

I've been living here for 6 months and love it. It's the best price for a new apartment in Plano. Easy commute to Dallas or just take DART. Whole Foods is close by and nice restaurants in walking distance. I like that the gym has free weights. Pool is ok, but the courtyard is my happy place. The washer/dryer inside the apartment are an upgrade from my last place and I really like the kitchen - stainless appliances with marble looking counters and big island. I've never had an issue finding parking in the garage. Not everything is perfect, but it's been a lot better than other apartments I've rented.

Sleepless in Plano. The street and construction noise is unbearable. The City of Plano has allowed unfinished construction to continue with no real limits, and the noise is nonstop. It was bad before, but now it’s completely unbelievable. I can’t sleep, work, or even stay in appointments from home. Paying $3,700 a month for this level of disruption is unacceptable. Until this is fixed, I would not recommend living here.

We've been here for 6 months and absolutely love it! There were a few issues with the AC and ants, but they were resolved promptly once we submitted the request. Kaela was super helpful during our move-in process. She really made the experience a pleasant one! The luxury amenities are amazing, and the view of the water fountain is gorgeous. Plus, being close to Whole Foods and all the great restaurants is a total bonus! Just to clarify, I'm sharing my genuine thoughts - no one paid or compensated me for this review

I have lived in The Emory for just over a year now and have loved it! Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and management is always happy to answer any questions or resolve any issues. No apartment is perfect but I have been very happy with The Emory!!
