Ferro

Absolutely terrible experience. My stepfather’s car was unfairly towed from a non-reserved resident spot because all visitor spots were full and the garage gate was broken and left wide open. The office was closed so we couldn’t get a guest pass. We ended up paying $335 to a shady towing company that even offered a cash discount. No notice, no warning — just gone. This feels like a scam between the apartment and the towing company. I emailed management and received no response at all. Ever since the management team changed, things have gone downhill — it seems like they have no idea what they’re doing. I’m sharing my experience with our resident group. This should not happen to anyone else. Beware, especially if you have guests. I honestly no longer feel this is a safe or professionally managed property. A room facing the pool can be unbearably noisy on summer nights, with endless parties like the one shown in the photo，more than 30 personality and no idea when it will end.

Joshua made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent, and he was always so helpful along the way. The leasing team here truly stands out. I would highly recommend this community based on them alone. We’re very excited to become residents at Ferro!

I pay 2k plus a month but have to get a hotel tonight because my smoke detector is chirping non stop and they won’t fix it. they told me maintenance would come by today but no one showed. Ceilings are 16feet…. Furthermore, After being away for a couple months on a work assignment I come back to bugs, everywhere, a smoke detector that is chirping, no WiFi and missing packages. Please keep in mind I pay over $2k monthly and $55 is included for WiFi as well as $5 a month for pest control. They told me I have to request pest control or they will not service my unit!! Excuse me, but I for for it monthly !!!! So even though 5 a month included in my rent I still have to request pest control to come and do what I’m paying the apartment to do already ?? Makes no sense. They had issues with the WiFi but since I was away I couldn’t reset anything. Therefore no access my ring cam for months because it went out and could no longer control my thermostat but still included the $55 in my rent. The management here is new and they DO NOT CARE about anything. After a long day a travel and being away I just wanted to come lay in my bed and get some good rest. I could not because the smoke detector has been chirping for god knows how long. I have 16foot ceiling and tried everything to fix it myself since there is no urgency with maintenance here

I have had a positively incredible experience as a new resident at Ferro. Josh from leasing was the first person I communicated with and he along with Shirley, the property manager and the entire leasing/management staff Jenny and Rolando went above and beyond to make my move seamless, efficient and safe. They each were very friendly, personable and provided exceptional and quality customer service. I love it hear at Ferro so far due to the beautiful upscale apartment, cleanliness and upkeep as well as great amenities. I am deeply impressed. I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm so grateful to be living in this beautiful community and appreciate the way the entire application process transpired. Way to go Ferro leasing team, you're top-notch!

I found this community driving by on a day of looking at several other apartment properties. On a whim I stopped in to take a look and was very impressed by what I saw. I came back when the facility was open, met with Joseph Radway, very impressive and very good host. He gave us a very good overview of the property, provided good suggestions which led to our decision to rent here. Amenities that make other properties pale in comparison to what Ferro offers, the building is from Toll Brothers - a top tier home builder known for quality which was evident from our tour. Amenities like social events, art classes, any number of areas like a library and other places to get away while remaining on the property. By far, the best fitness facility I have ever seen at an apartment, who needs a gym membership! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
