JULY 23, 2025 I went to this location recently to inquire about a new phone. I talked with Carlos, and checked in with Noel. I had several questions for Claudia. She answered them all. I told her I would do some research, and return soon. JULY 30, 2025 UPDATE: Claudia greeted me. After she answered a few more questions I told her I was ready to make an appointment to get a new phone. I look forward to returning in a few days, and will update this review. AUGUST 3, 2025 UPDATE: I was there when they opened at 12 noon. Claudia greeted me, and asked if I was ready to get my new phone. I was. The process also included transferring all my contacts, photos, apps, settings, preferences, etc. I had several questions during the process. Once again, she answered them all. Everything went well. Claudia was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. A terrific T-Mobile transaction! I highly recommend her. If she's not available, one of the other T-Mobile team members will be happy to assist you. Great customer service! Good people + good phones & accessories = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews & referrals!

Amy Madrid, mobile expert at this T-Mobile location, is SO awesome in customer service. She was so patient and understanding of what I needed. She gave me time to think and went beyond to help me with what I need. In this day and age it is very hard to find human interaction as kind, nice, courteous, polite, and patient as she is! She is excellent and am so happy to know there is still human customer service as excellent as this! I am amazed and grateful!!!!! She really made my day and this holiday season! Thank you Amy!!!!!

Visited t mobile today to switch over my phone to a different one. I was having issues with the sim. Turns out my previous phone was locked with at&t Jesse was extremely helpful. He helped me unlock the phone and gave me a new sim card that my phone needed to be activated . It was all done in less that 15 mins! And the sim and service was FREE. Made me realize why I switched from at&t and never going back! Great service Jesse!

Just swung by to pick up my online order of 3 items. Walked in and was promptly greeted by Claudia. She was smiling, courteous and ready to help. She immediately got my information, verified my identity for my order (which I appreciated, I don't want someone else picking up my order randomly), she went and retrieved it and even helped me place on the protection screen and case. Even with my random chit chat from a bit of social anxiety, she was nice the entire time and when all was done. I left happy. Quick, easy, and all around good vibes. Thanks Claudia!

Carolina is a wonderful team leader! I went in on my lunch break for a new phone. The team was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking to my aunt or cousin, just a genuine person and I loved that. I will be back to buy my husband a phone. Thank you Queen ♥️
