Geek Squad

I like this Geek Squad. Jennifer helped me check in. She was so patient and kind to all of her customers. She gets 5 stars for her hard work. Erick B. was there today when I picked up my laptop. He explained what the issue was with my laptop and it me know what yo lookout for before I click on something that could harm my laptop.

After multiple visits Geek Squad was unable to fix our super expensive refrigerator. It never cooled right from the very beginning. Their techs will straight-up lie to you and tell you it's cooling fine despite the multiple thermometers proving otherwise. The first thing they ALWAYS say is that the refrigerator is cooling within normal limits, regardless of the internal temperature. Once the warranty expired they were happy to try to charge us $1,200 for repairs. No, thanks. Geek Squad should stick to computers and record players because they stink at fixing major appliances.

One Star Absolutely terrible service from Aaron at Geek squad phone repair shop. I waited over an hour for him to check my phone, only for him to tell me that my phone wasn’t even covered under their repair policy. He didn’t provide any help or even try to resolve the issue. Wasted my time and left me with no solution. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. I dropped my fiancés iPhone off in January and they told me it would be 5-7 business days and here it is April. I have called and went into the location several times and every time they give me the run around and tell me that they will talk to the manager and get a resolution to the problem but no manager ever gives me a call back. This is bullshit and I have had to go buy another iPhone for her because who can go without a phone for almost 4 months. Worst place ever don’t ever take you phone to have it fixed through Apple care. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life had a worse experience

Fantastic service. They honored their dash cam life time warranty and fixed the issue.
