I bought the Apple Airpod case 2 months ago, but the battery doesn’t last more than one day after being fully charged. It happened after a month use and warranty is one month. Bad quality!

Wish I could give negative stars. Purchased a IPhone 15 Pro rated excellent condition that out of the box is stuck on a restart loop with overheating issues and a quickly draining battery. Can't get more than 3 minutes of screentime before it force restarts. Completely wasted my time.

I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro that was rated in “excellent” condition by Amazing Wireless in FEB 2025. It was shipped to me on 2/17/2025. When it arrived, it appeared to be everything that AW had promised. But there was a small section in the upper left corner that appeared to be a missing piece of the protective covering film that is included on most newer iPhones. I assumed it was just that. I discovered later that it was not a “film” issue, but an actual crack in the facing screen. It must have occured during refurbishment or shipping. I am obsessive about taking good care of my iPhones since 2007 when I purchased my first iPhone 1. The 15pro was placed in a OtterBox Defender upon recept. I do not believe AW intentionally sent me a “not excellent” iPhone, but that is indeed what I received. After contacting AW, they told me to contact their warranty insurance people because it was too late for them to do anything. The Allstate subsidiary, ironically named “Square Trade,” told me I was not covered for the damage, but offered to cancel the policy and to “stop charging” me for their insurance coverage! Gee, thanks! My phone is in otherwise good condition and functions within my original expectations (battery not like new but ok, occasional freeze in certain apps not necessarily due to phone malfunction). I think the people at AW generally offer good products at fair prices. But in the case of my most recent purchase, I clearly “fell through the cracks” (so to speak). I am still hoping that AW will find a path to a fair resolution. But in the meantime, I will consider myself quite generous giving a two star rating for this transaction.

I ordered an Apple Watch just over a week ago. They said it would ship within two days. It still has not shipped although they Say it has. I just got a response saying that it would likely not reach me till the 25th which means that it takes over or close to three weeks to reach me. As others have said, they are slow to ship. Do not buy from these people. Simply spend the extra Money and purchase it from an authorized dealer/store. This place is amateur hour.

Terrible place to do business with. Avoid at all cost. Ordered an apple pencil 2nd gen off ebay for my daughter for Christmas. Item was running late almost a week and I live 30 min away. They blamed it on one day of snow we got. Then USPS showed they delivered to my porch but I never got anything. Nothing was delivered. Contacted them and they just told me it shows shipped and I should check with my neighbors. Now I’m out $75 for the item. Save yourself some trouble and buy some place else.
