Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson

My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites in Plano was an outstanding surprise. The recent renovations are absolutely beautiful and give the hotel a polished, elegant feel throughout. The property truly stands out. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful, especially when assisting me with an issue I had with my card at check-in. Customer service was excellent from the start. My room was immaculately cleaned, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the shower had great water pressure — always a plus. Everything about the room felt thoughtfully maintained and professionally prepared. If I had to describe this hotel in one word, it would be elegant. This is easily one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Plano area.

We stayed in a kig suit it was nice. The room was well kept and clean. It did smell like it had been closed up for a while. The bed was comfortable. We never eat the "free breakfast" it always garbage, so can't comment on that the staff was ok. It would be nice if they at least took out the trash and and made the bed every day. I'd rather have that than the crap they try to get you to eat.

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. Hotel is right next to hwy 75 wich is very convenient. Roos was clean and had no odors. Room is very well illuminated. Floor has a carpet 👍

All staff were very helpful and hospitable even before I walked in! I called in to make sure they will be able to do early check in and reassured me that they should. They took me in around 1pm, my room was already ready. The breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, waffles and muffins. Everything was clean. I had a kid running in the room above me, I went to the receptionist and took care of it right away.

My family and I have been here for a few days and I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels that I stayed in. The staff is really nice and the rooms are really nice.Especially for the price that they are. Im about Hilton Honors member for many years so I normally stay there but I have enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast is good. Hot coffee and juice to go with it. Everyone here has been great including the housekeeping staff as well. They do a great job. Its located right along 75 so access is easy.
