The commercial lane is sooooooo slow , we spend an hour to an hour and and a half waiting to get change every weekend .. for people running a business time is crucial. I'd be thinking on how too fix this and not let it be a continuous problem..
I’m so disgusted right now! Do you know how embarrassing it is to go to a store and try to buy food for you and your child and the card gets declined! My kids were crying all night! I work in corporate I had just had a direct deposit hit and they turned my cards off and Apple Pay due to a Mistake a branch manager made! I am still crying right now and so mad! Im a black female and I think both the manager and the guy over the branch is racist!!!!!!! Why would they do this to me!!!!!!!!! Racist A branch manager at the Plano location on 14th street has made allegations saying my account was being flagged for fraud and after speaking to his boss which is the person over him said it was not true! Well per speaking to the person over the branch manager at 1201 14th street Plano tx,75074 he assured me he would talk to him and make sure no other member goes through this! I went to the grocery store to get food for me and my family and they blocked my accounts! I have been in tears all night! I’m in disbelief they would do me like this! I thought it was a mistake until I kept getting text and emails that all my accounts have been shut down! I am canceling all my accounts tomorrow!!!!
Have always left this bank frustrated. Long wait times even when nobody else is in the lobby, it just seems like simple things always tend to take a long time across the board at these banks. Have also not been impressed by the technology or lack there of using online baking.was never able to get logged in, despite having the branch set up the application and was way more complicated than any other bank. I’ve used before. Will be taking business elsewhere.
This location sucks, the employees are rude, unhelpful and slow. The ATM is rarely operational and when it is it often eats your money and miscounts. Just go to the location off Alma, it's actually a respectable bank.
This place used to be a good bank/credit union, all the way through the merger with Legacy Bank. The acquisition by Prosperity Bank has turned it i to a soup sandwich. Horrible customer service, untenable waits in person or over the phone. Error after error, causing issues with direct deposits, automatic payments, etc. Employees from Legacy Texas will willingly attest to bad culture, switch to an antiquated software system with minimal training and their desire to find alternative employment. The mobile app and web site are so bad as to be almost unusable. Long waits in the lobby due to people here to close their accounts. I would expect their net deposits to be only slightly higher than before acquisition...having lost all of the LegacyTexas customers.
