PNC Bank

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The best banking experience I have had in a very long time. Huge kudos to Jeremiah who provided fantastic customer service from start to finish...and that not only in-person attention to detail, but also the friendly, professional way he answered the phone when I called to make sure this branch offered the services I needed. On top of all that, it's a very nicely designed interior.

Once again...Nicola, Branch Manger has caused another situation due to her inability to put her "high and mighty" attitude aside and take care of the customers. Worst employee in the banking industry! Don't bank here!!!

Planned to open an account at this branch. I'm a Chase customer but thought I'd give PNC a chance. Called ahead to ask a few questions, selected option to speak to someone at the bank, and phone rang for 8+ min before someone picked up. Indifferent attitude once I spoke to someone. Perhaps an isolated experience, but not taking the chance.

Went to make a ATM transaction at 7:40 in the evening and it's pitch black, no lights at or around the ATM. I had to use my phone light just to see where to put the card in on the ATM and with all the woods and bushes around if it wasn't it being in a rich neighborhood I never would have pulled up. I felt like I was going to get robbed the whole time. In my my whole life never been to an ATM that dark in that area you should never be like that you should never be like that. Pitch Black with no lights at all very dangerous
