Nike Legacy West

I had the most amazing time in this store. I stopped here to exchange a shoe and was greeted by Taylor ( I hope Im right woth the name....lets just say Amethyst-great nails) Anyhoo, she greeted me with a smile, gave me some options as they didn't have Tyr size at this location, so I opted to have her order and ship. We laughed, we looked at shoes, we talked style I mean I just wanna go shop so I can kick it because of her. Listen Nike!! This is the kinda service stores dream of when it comes to staffing and customer interaction. Warm welcome, Easy, suggestive selling, and just pure deep kind all around. High Five Taylor and Thank you. I'll be back for Dunks!! 🤜🏾🤛🏾!!

I read the other low star reviews and don’t understand why there are so many. I was just there. There were 4 employees that were working when I arrived. I had called in before I made the drive to check and see if they had a shoe available. They told me they would hold it until 8pm tomorrow. I arrived a few hours later. I asked if they had another pair in the same size. They didn’t. So I also got one of the last pairs in a size up as well. I had a 15% discount coupon and the employee was ok with me splitting my total between 2 cards. Asked about another shoe while I was there and he let me try the pair on. I only tried one on and realized it was a bit too snug. Employee was cool with me and my friend who accompanied me as we also asked questions about other shoes we saw. I will definitely return to this store. I had gone to the one in south lake and the one inside Grapevine Mall and didn’t find what I was looking for. Next time I won’t go as far and just stick to this location and Allen location. Employees made me feel like I was at home and were ever so helpful. Didn’t rush me on anything.

Very rude manager Desiree. Unhelpful staff. Spent a ton of money and had the worst customer service experience. Would drive all the way to north park rather then deal with this store. Shocked Nike hasn’t addressed management given this is a common review / experience.

Great experience. I called ahead of time to check on product availability. The set my shoes aside. I stopped in, picked them up. Smooth transaction with very helpful staff. When I need the latest is sports shoes they will be my go-to store. They carry a bigger variety and selection of sizes than stores that are closer to me.
