Takara was incredibly helpful! I had no idea how to go about exchanging a birthday present and she made the process incredibly simple. Employees like her are the reason I would prefer to shop in a store than online.

Takara & Amy rock!! it was rainy and dark and Takara came outside to help me find THE LOFT store that is located upstairs outside of Dillards on the left. She showed me petite clothes that were on sale. Amy helped me put outfits together and then told me I can order & return online without paying shipping!!! LOFT clothes are really well-made and they always have a 30 to 60% off sale every day!

Love this store. I always find something cute here. I love that they have petite pants that fit me perfectly.

The staff that works here is super friendly. I came in late one rainy day and since I was shopping in the clearance section, one directed me to a new batch of clothes that were being marked final sale. Yay for me! The two gals were friendly from the get-go. I will be back.
