I think this is a great place to shop for cute shoes on a budget. I recently went and was surprised to see how much variety they had. I’m not saying these are high quality shoes but they are definitely cute! I really can’t walk in skinny heel shoes so the fact that they had platform shoes that I can walk in, definitely was a plus! The customer service is a 3/10, but I’m not worried about that, I’m really there to get some cheap, cute shoes. I would recommend if you’re on a budget (which in this economy, it’s most if us). 😊
I have been to this store twice this week. Every time I come here I get some shoes. Even if I'm just going because someone else is. They literally have everything. Ive bought 3 pairs in one purchase and didnt spend over $60, I got some wedges sneakers and ankle boots that all have held up. Flats, high heels, short heels, closed toe, open toe, sneakers, slides, wedges, non-slip shoes, boots that are plus size friendly, jewelry, clothes, hats, purses, charms/toys. Incentory is always changing. No mens shoes except slides but they do have mens clothing. Not sure about kid stuff. Only thing they don't sell is hair and makeup. 10/10 Will return again.
I love shudeal!! I come here all the for all my shoes. 10/10 recommend. They always have every trending style and color of every shoe that you want.
Kimberly is super rude, she treats the staff badly, even older people, she yells at them, she's very bossy. She treated me badly, she yelled at my wife, and the other girl tried to calm her down and serve us politely, but she shoved her and wouldn't let her help us. She said she didn't care if I left a bad review for the store or towards her. She mocked us and sarcastically said "Merry Christmas," laughing and making fun of us. She said to put the review under the name of the one with the red hair. I know her name is Kimberly because that's what it says on the receipt. We no longer want to go back to that place because of her. We've been customers for many years, and now we won't go back, and we'll recommend to our followers on social media, who are more than 500k, not to go to this store, all because of a $10 discount she refused to honor from an orange tag. If the manager reads this, you don't need that kind of image in your business. Show them that without customers, there's no business and no jobs.
Always a great experience! My go to shoes store when I need shoes!
