My friends and I stayed here during our company convention at the Legacy Town Center. We found the location extremely convenient, as it was a short walk from the convention location, and had tons of dining options within walking distance. There was even a convenient store nearby. The area is beautiful, quiet, and safe. The apartment was clean, well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved having tons of closet space, a kitchen, and two full baths. It was so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room, and for less money! We will be staying here again.
Great place to stay! Location is great, easy check in and check out. Even though not on site, the instructions are easy to follow. The set up was ideal for 5 people with the 2 br / 2 bath with shared living and kitchen areas. The kitchen was stocked with necessary gadgets and kitchenware needed. Always one to clean up wherever I visit, it was nice to know that Kasa allows you to check out with minimal must dos and get you on your way. We did find out quickly that neighbor downstairs was ultra sensitive to noise above; we were VERY mindful of heavy stepping and loud talking, but he/she still felt the need to let us know (odd for apt-living circumstances). Overall, would stay again!
Great location, but awful living experience. I stayed here roughly 2 weeks while my home was finishing construction. Had to change rooms during my stay as the first apartment had black mold, missing blinds, light bulbs out, noisy pool next door, and terrible air quality (HVAC filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years). The second unit was better, but still had issues. HVAC filter was filthy, and the windows would not stay open. I had constant coughing spells and congestion from the poor air quality. Upside is the location. It’s right at the edge of the Legacy area, with easy access to the Dallas North Tollway. However, I would not recommend staying here.
Ny husband booked this Kasa location as the one we were staying at previously we were not able to get an extension (Kasa Frisco Bridges). Upon arrival it’s put chaos parking is a complete mess, couldn’t find our unit for about 20 minutes. When we did find our unit the building was filthy. Exterior door to the building the keypad was broken so the door had to remain open with rocks. Hallways filthy. Our unit was so far from the actual elevator which was a nightmare we had to make several trips to bring in our things. When we enter the unit it REEKS of marijuana. Eve try single square foot of the apartment smelled. I don’t know how the cleaners by passed that. When we contacted Kasa they said they would send someone out…to do what exactly…I don’t know. Yes this is in a good location but the actually living conditions out way that. I won’t be booking with this location ever again. I will still give Kasa a chance since our first location was great.
Clear instructions, easy access, located in a very active area yet very quiet at night. Fully equipped amenities. Room was very clean. Definitely will stay again!
