Nicole Fuller was amazing! Her customer service, professionalism and consistent follow-up keeping me in the loop of the vehicle status was impeccable. I live 28 miles away from the dealer (which may not seem like a long way away) and have another dealership closer (14 miles away), but I can honestly say that the hour drive to Plano was truly worth it. Unfortunately, my local dealer is really backed up with appointments for both maintenance and repairs. I needed repairs performed as soon as possible to able to complete state inspection and registration. While having my vehicle for week, they provided me with a beautiful GV70 loaner vehicle and offered to deliver my car back to me! Unbelievable! I just wish that the other service advisors returned my calls in the same fashion that Nicole did when I left voicemails, but that is no reflection on her. I will be returning to Genesis of Plano in the near future for service and to purchase my GV80 Coupe!
I was in urgent need of a new vehicle and Bryce really made sure to understand this. He took care of the test drive and within a couple of minutes, I found myself signing paperwork. The location in general made sure to tend to my needs and walk out with my new vehicle. Can’t thank them enough.
5 STAR EXPERIENCE! This is my first Genesis (GV80) and I have to say it’s one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! From our sales person (Farah) to the sales manager I had an absolutely fantastic customer experience! Highly recommend! They went out of their way to gain our business. No oversell or pressured sales experience. Top notch, high class! We would definitely do it again!
My last few experiences with Genesis Plano svc have been excellent. The first visit (late 2025) being with Nicole. She very professionally, knowledgeably and quickly helped me navigate/solve some issues I was having with my GV80. It was a pleasure working with her. My most recent visit in Jan 2026, was with Service Advisor Erica. She was so very helpful, nice, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She went out of her way to assist me. She also had to involve the Svc Mgr Ron Crowe with questions/solutions and advice on some extended warranty policies I bought on my 2023 GV80. They both explained the nuances of navigating these policies which glaringly showed the misinformation & lack of information provided by the dealer (Toyota of Mesquite) from which I purchased my GV80. Ron & Erica both took the time to explain these in more detail than I had heard at purchase. Now I know not to bother with those in the future. But they both spent extra time with me than normal ensuring I understood everything, calling the companies to verify payment amounts/coverage while not once showing impatience as they had many more things to do. The maintenance team also performed admirably by not causing me the additional expense of rotating my tires that I requested (which was scheduled as due on my app). The tread usage did not require it at this time. They could have easily done it and charged me for it vs being honest. I greatly appreciate honesty!! 10 out of 10 for Erica, Ron and the entire maintenance crew. You have a great team at your Genesis Plano Service/Warranty Dept. Susan T
I enjoyed first class Sales Representation by Tom Chu, support from Robby, the sales manager and Omar in Finance. Their professionalism has made me enjoy my purchase of my GV80 all the more.
