Outstanding service! I pulled in just two minutes before closing, and the team at J&M Tire Shop didn’t hesitate to help. These hardworking guys went above and beyond, staying late to try and repair my tire. When it turned out the tire couldn't be fixed, they set me up with a quality used tire at a great price. Their effort, even after hours, meant a lot — thanks to them, my family and I are safe and ready for our road trip home. Truly grateful for the exceptional service. Highly recommend J&M Tire Shop!

Had a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I went to Mikes Tires in the beginning but their lot was super busy. I waited for about 20 minutes so I decided to find another tire repair somewhere close.My google search told me that Jim’s Tire was only a block away. At first I couldn’t find it because it’s kinda located with a convenience store. But I saw a sign that said their name on the backside of the store. So I drove to the sign, and that’s when the trouble began.A Hispanic man rudely approached me and said what do you want and I said I’m wanting to get tire repaired or buy another one. He rudely said well you’re on the wrong side of the building. I told him that I had never been here before and I just came to where I seen the sign. He just looked at me and left. So I decided to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place for anyone ever. Rude employees!!!

Got a flat tire in Wylie and this was the only tire shop I could drive to since they stayed open til 8 pm and the others were closing. I even called beforehand to ask for pricing. I just arrived here at 7:45pm and the fat one with the Bluetooth walked up and told me they couldn't change my tire. My tire is completely torn driving all the way here and they saw it and didn't care. Why would they put they're open til 8pm if they don't want to do any work past 7pm? Based on other reviews, I don't see how they're still in business.

Friendly service. Stayed late to take care of us and other customers. The only shop we found in plano that had the tire size we needed in stock. Also willing to stay open to get the job done. All the bug box stores either had to order or were not willing to help a customer with only an hour to close. J&m did, and we found our new favorite place for fresh authentic Mexican food La Salsa Verde Taqueria.

Every time I go to discount tire to get free air, they tell me that I need to get new tires. This time around I was told at discount tires that my tires are completely shot (the ones I just bought). Turns out there was just a nail in one of them which I came here and got patched. In and out in under 7 minutes each time!
