I came to this store with my boyfriend yesterday and not only did the staff not talk to us or welcome us in, but they seemed to go out of their way to NOT speak to us or acknowledge us at all. Two of them literally walked past us when we were looking for prices. We caught the hint and just left and shopped somewhere else. Nice jackets and sweaters though.

I primarily shop FP online but there are times when I have to see an item in person. This store is conveniently located and makes it easy to shop and also to return items I bought online. The store is immaculate, and most of the time, you will get great service. EXCEPT for the old, short haired blond lady that was working on 7/28/25. She will ignore certain customers that speak directly to her, completely ignore them! She did this not only to me, but other customers as well. This store deserves more stars but not as long as they have staff that clearly exhibit bias toward "certain" customers. Such a shame, in this day and age.

Free People is my go to brand. My closet is full of FP and FP Movement, so I love this store. The staff is always helpful and sweet, and I usually find something I love. Just be prepared to park in a parking garage and walk a bit because the garage fills up fast. This is a super busy and trendy area. I'm hoping we get a FP Movement store soon, like Southlake.

I was hesitant to make a return today that I made online- I hadn’t been out in a while and for some reason I was nervous. The store was impeccable and the girls at this location were extremely friendly and although I had to call later about my return they provided excellent service AGAIN over the phone. It’s truely the little things these days. Where being kind goes above and beyond for some of us! Thank you the girls at free people legacy west! I’ll be back to shop in store next time. It felt like having besties.
