Four Points by Sheraton - Plano, TX has been a great hotel these last three months. The staff and GM have really shown excellent customer service, and the breakfast (although a little high in price) was really good. I appreciated the individualized service provided by the GM. She was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to stay for a great weekend getaway.

My stay here was amazing!! I was in town for a surgery and from booking to literally walking out the door the service was AMAZING! I am so grateful for their excellent service especially Sal! He literally called me everyday to see what I needed and assisted me above and beyond. I had a king suite- it was comfortable, clean and very quiet. Definitely will stay here again! A lot of good food and shopping near the hotel. Very pleased!

Clean, quiet and comfortable for a conference we were attending. Hotel staff were professional and polite. Pay attn that breakfast set up is not complimentary. One of us grabbed a couple of items without noticing the small sign and it was an expensive juice, bagel and yogurt! 😲 Everything was fine overall.

My husband and I would like to say that our stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Plano, TX was truly the most amazing hotel experience we’ve had while visiting Dallas. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the GM and the entire team for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
