Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dallas Plano North

Nice stay there with family. Rooms with bathroom are very good & clean. Both are quite big in size. Daily house keeping was not done in one of our rooms. Water bottles(most of the hotel provide Free ), Black tea & a thin pillow should be provided in the rooms. Brown breads should also be kept in the breakfast. Daily Eggs scrambled? It should be changed. The front desk attendant should be more attentive at the desk and not to come at desk while guest ask "anyone here", while they were sitting in the breakfast area. The lady at the front desk in the morning shift was very good in her job. Upto an hour extension on check out to be allowed. Specially to those guests who check in late.

Good location. Nice people. But every room has mold. This building needs to be shut down. Mold in every AC unit and carpet. If u have sensitivities, u will react.

We had a two night stay to attend a wedding. Good group rate for wedding guests and wedding party. Nice room. Comfortable bed and clean modern bathroom. My only suggestion for the room and bathroom is brighter lighting. We received prompt attention to all needs and requests. There’s ice water available at the reception desk and a water bottle filler down the hall. We didn’t use it but they had a nice pool. Very nice breakfast that was included. Desk is staffed 24 hours- friendly and responsive. We had an early check out (5am) to catch our plane and the very lovely woman working in the breakfast area had already put coffee out and invited us to have a cup. A lifesaver! Adequate parking and within walking distance to several great restaurants. Favorites-Longhorn Steakhouse and the Bavarian restaurant.

Very nice rooms and front desk was amazing. The breakfast lady was the best part of the stay she was truly amazing and hard working.

Perfect area, close to so many restaurants just across the street. Good size rooms and swimming pool.
