The staff at the front desk were very nice but for it being an extended stay hotel, they do not offer much. There is no outside common area to hangout and the one inside is extremely small. Thye provide a full refridgerator, stove and dishwasher but no pots, pans, cup, or anything. I am in town for an emergency and it was close to the hospital, but I quickly changed to a different place after the first night here. I don't think I have ever been to an extended stay hotel that did not provide anything.
Great Stay! Clean, Comfortable, and Excellent Service I had a great experience at Echo Suites Extended Stay in Plano/Richardson. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The location is convenient yet quiet, and I felt safe throughout my visit. A special thank you to Trinity for her exceptional service and courtesy—she was professional, friendly, and truly made my stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be back!
The prices were perfect for my short stay & the room was a nice size. My only complaint about the room is that I did have some stains on my sheets and pillow cases. The service was awful, everyone was treating me as though I was ruining their day by just existing. I interacted with 4 different staff members during my stay and every single one of them were uninviting and very short with me.
man that night shift employee Trinity was phenomenal, she was a very sweet young lady with a bright personality! She made me and my family feel extremely welcomed! She told us that the hotel was fairly new and you could tell. We will definitely be back
There was a cockroach in our room the night we checked in. We tried to call the front desk / get in touch with management a few times, but there was no answer. The next morning, when we saw the cockroach again, we called, and the front desk sent someone that sprayed something on a few corners of the room and said it would be fine… That evening, we called because the cockroach had resurfaced. The person on the phone was unapologetic, and told us that housekeeping had gone home for the day so there was nothing they could do. They offered to switch our rooms, but we explained that we had a wedding the next day, and that moving our things would be very cumbersome. We ended up having to try to kill the cockroach ourselves, but it was huge. I’ve never seen a cockroach in a hotel room, but this situation was handled very poorly by management. It is worth nothing that this issue occurred in only one of the three rooms we booked, but I would not recommend this location to anyone.
