Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center

We are so grateful to Marriott for hosting our wedding party over the entire weekend! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — from check-in to check-out, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Our guests had a wonderful experience, and the hotel provided the perfect home base for all of our wedding events. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were great, and the service was top-notch. We especially appreciated how attentive the team was in helping coordinate details and ensuring everyone felt welcomed. Thank you so much to the entire team for helping make our wedding weekend such a success. We highly recommend this hotel for any special event or group stay — truly exceptional service all around!

Very nice hotel as far as the facility. Oddly our room suite, you come in and no light switches in a dark room. Navigating the room at night trying to light it up, was fun. Usually in a Marriott you come in, lights on and tv on. That was just weird. If you valet, be prepared to get attitude, delays and inability to find your car. Also if you're elderly or in need of assistance, don't expect anyone there to greet you and help you with your bags. Low staffing, looking at their phones and never help anyone, you have to engage them. You pay for parking and valet yet, they forget to get your vehicle, can't find your vehicle or simply snarky when you call even when you are overly polite with them. Plus even when the lobby is full of people, the valet goes home at 10 or 11 and your keys get misplaced. #comical Talking to management, just lip service. In fact, in my review on the Marriott site, they respond how important service is but that response came from an administrative assistant. No one from management has responded. Again super nice facility but a lot of attitude and charging for sub standard services. One of the nicer concierge lounges but the usual so so food. Thankfully we only used points for this and wasted our suite upgrades, but lesson learned. Still haven't received the normal email folio even after calling. We'll be staying somewhere different next Thanksgiving.

Had a great time staying here for work, the staff were super helpful and very lovely, the room was perfect and close to the gym, pool and breakfast, it was a bit noisy in the morning being near the conference rooms and kitchen, but everything else being a minute away made it worth it! The food was very good for breakfast, the pool and gym well kitted out and lots of places to go nearby. They also have a Starbucks and nice walking routes near the hotel. Nothing to fault, a great stay.

Amazing hotel that was extremely clean and well ran. Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere down at the bar and in the area was lots of fun. Plenty of things to do within walking distance such as shops and restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was amazing (I’d love to come back alone for that). The hotel has a designated parking garage for guests that is free if you are a staying there.

The hotel is nicely located among upscale shopping and places to dine. I was very satisfied with my room, the service and the food. And thats only after my issues were resolved. I arrived at the airport at about 5am, got to the hotel and was allowed to check in at 6am. I was assigned a room but it was dirty. The toilet seat had something nasty around the seat, there was torn paper in the bathroom and the bedroom area. It appeared to maybe have been a mistake to give me that room. So I lugged my luggage back down stairs to the front desk. John was helpful and immediately assigned me a new room after viewing my video of the unkempt room. Once in the new room I relaxed, ordered room service and the food was 6/10. However, I got double of everything I ordered and was charged. I guess it was a mistake, but John handled the matter for me. He was also kind enough to take luggage to my room as I did book a second night. If you get the room with a view of the fountain...it's a great view to wake up to.
