Guest Experience with Manager Vicki Our elderly father stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites, as he moved from Houston to Frisco. This was not a typical hotel stay for us; it was a time filled with uncertainty, as he moved from independent living into a new phase of life. From the moment we arrived, Vicki, the manager, treated our father like an extension of her own family. She went above and beyond in every sense, offering genuine Southern comfort, kindness, and care. Her compassion, patience, and understanding brought a sense of calm and dignity to a situation that could have otherwise felt overwhelming. We are a very involved family, and this transition was not easy. However, Vicki’s warmth — along with the attentiveness of her staff — helped make this period feel supported and manageable. These qualities are increasingly rare in customer service, and we are deeply grateful for the way she showed up for us. Thank you for providing such exceptional accommodations, and for the outstanding leadership and heart demonstrated throughout our stay. Hands down, we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Extremely rude staff and no quality standards. It’s so depressing to see the rapid decline of the hospitality industry under all this “new ownership”. The hot tub was filthy, breakfast was empty by 8:30 am, no milk, cereal, sausage were ever provided, eggs weren’t refilled at all after 8 am, my kids were lucky they got the last slices of white bread. The staff came to beat down our door at 11:02 am telling us we needed to leave, what happened to HOSPITALITY? We were doing a once over of the room to look for my husband’s drivers license which it turned out the front desk had kept after we checked in, which is extremely suspicious within itself. Why does it seem like so many service industry folk are upset that you’re giving them business these days, new culture I suppose.
Great experience clean hotel I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the entire place felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. Everything was organized and clean, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. What truly made my stay special was the amazing hospitality of the manager, Vicki Shemo. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional. She made me feel like a valued guest and was always available to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was a quick question or a special request, she handled everything with a friendly smile and genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. Vicki’s kind attitude and helpful nature truly stood out and made a huge difference in my overall experience. I could tell she takes her role seriously and puts her heart into making sure every guest feels at home. Thanks to the cleanliness of the hotel and Vicki’s outstanding service, I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming, and worry-free stay.
This hotel is the best value in the Frisco region. Clean rooms, fantastic nightly price. We came to the area for a conference at the Frisco mall. 10 minute drive saved us hundreds (each night) compared to price near the mall.
So I just want to say that staff was very professional when I booked back in July. The GM was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The hotel was clean overall.
