Capital One Bank

Capital One is an amazing bank with great credit cards. I over drafted my credit card by almost $400! I’m surprised that can even happen! It’s definitely helped me stay out of the struggle. I’ll definitely be paying it back, but Capital One is amazing for it!

They don't know how to fax front and back paper. I had to go in-person two separate times to submit a form. After calling Capital One customer service, I had the same "missing" parts on my form from both faxes. Either one person made the same mistake twice or two people made the same exact mistake. It is an issue I have seen with this branch (which, I believe, should be included in employee training if it's not already done so). I wouldn't have had to come in a second time or call customer service multiple times if they knew how to fax properly.

I had a wonderful experience. I stopped by to get a cashier's check, make a deposit, and a small withdrawal and the staff was incredibly friendly. The woman who helped me was courteous and kind and helped me get everything I needed. I was worried because of some of the other reviews on here but nothing about my experience was less than 5 stars. Kudos to the team here. Maybe I just caught them on a good day, or after lunch, but they were all happy, joking, and seemed to get along. I highly recommend this place. I really wish I got the name of the woman who helped me so I could acknowledge her specifically, but I was in an out so fast I neglected to ask. Whoever was working May 30th around 1:00-1:30PM and helped someone in a cartoon Pinocchio shirt, thank you! EDIT: I found my receipt and her name was Jennifer. Thank you Jennifer!

Ever since the switch to discover network I can't buy anything, even though my card is not locked and is activated. When I called, all they said was basically "huh your account isn't locked and is activated i don't know", it's such BS

Seriously should drive to another location even if it’s further away. I give it 2 stars because one lady actually looked like she was trying to help people. The other guys just had an attitude like they couldn’t care less to help with your problem.
