Best Buy never disappoints. Every time I come in, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to make sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. They always take the time to explain the differences between products, whether it’s TVs, laptops, or any tech gear, and they do it without being pushy. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes shopping simple and stress-free. I’ve even found great open-box deals that saved me money without sacrificing quality. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Overall, Best Buy continues to be my go-to spot for anything electronics-related — from shopping to expert advice, they always deliver a five-star experience.

I recommend Best Buy to everyone. Customer service very friendly and helpful. Facility clean, spacious, and organized. The product I bought unfortunately did not save even one folder 📁 of data, and I bought a 1T memory stick. I have to go back and see if they can figure out if the memory stick has a defect. I stopped at this store to see items on display - specifically a pressure cooker. This store had only one I stock, no display. Box was not sealed, but employees rudely prevented me from looking inside. He stated he is an assistant manager Druve, did not know anything about pressure cookers at all. There is no national brands available - some kind of “Bella” brand.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this location! The general manager is friendly and helpful and the associates are always very happy to help. Big shout out for David. He was the greeter when I came in to get accessories for a new iPhone 16. He left his post and walked to the area and assisted me in getting a case, screen saver and cords - all needed with my recent upgrade. I think I saved $100 by using Best Buy and David made the process painless. He even went back to his post to locate the screen saver which we thought was out of stock but he found it. Very conscientious, pleasant and knowlegeable. A great Best Buy Ambassador!
