In August We went to Wall Beds n More and had a great experience with John helping pick out a Murphy bed. We told him we needed the bed by Sept 22nd. The bed was installed in Oct due to the installer hurting his knee. It was worth the wait. Installation was done perfectly. Looks like we have built in furniture. We are very happy with the out come.
Warning re: time First my bed looks great, just as expected. HOWEVER ….. it would be very prudent of you to get a real time estimate on how long it will take for the bed to arrive. Ask them to call the manufacturer. I was told 8-12 weeks, but It arrived almost 7 months later. Julie (customer service) was responsive as was the owner, but I felt compelled to put this warning in the review if timing is an issue, you may want to have that discussion up front.
Update - December 2025 review: 9 months in, and we still haven't heard a definitive date for the bed delivery. In October, the owner offered to give us a beat up floor model as a temporary solution until our bed arrived. Hung assured me the delivery would be no later than the first week of November, and he offered to delay someone ahead of us in line just in case. He was so confident in his date that he offered us a $600 refund if the bed did not arrive on time. As you probably guessed, they missed that deadline, and the date is now targeted for "somewhere between Thanksgiving and Christmas". As you probably also guessed, the refund is also a month late, and again, no word from the owner on yet another broken commitment. I don't like airing this business in a public forum, but it seems to be the only way to get his attention. Hung, the ball is in your court. Will you keep your word? October 2025 review: Try somewhere else if you’re set on buying a Murphy bed. We’ve been waiting for 7 months, and we still don’t have a delivery date for our (expensive) desk/bed. The customer service staff has been polite, but they don’t have any facts or firm dates to share. They blame a supplier, but that’s as much detail as I’ve heard so far. I hope this review prompts some action on their part. 3 unreturned messages and several missed promises is not the way to build a brand.
My husband has already left a review about our horrible experience since we ordered our bed in March 2025, but I wanted to write a new review that shows most recent in case anyone else is waiting on a bed. As of today, 12/15/25, the company is no longer in business. You will need to call your credit card company to dispute any charges.
Update: I spoke with Hung about my bed and he was very helpful in determining next steps to resolve the issue. The email for the store hasn’t been working, which resulted in my communications not going through. They are working quickly to schedule time for my bed to be inspected, and for a solution to be determined. Original post: I’ve attempted contacting the owner numerous times about my library bed no longer closing and that the pivot it’s on is grinding against the door of the bed, causing damage and making it difficult to open my wallbed. The bed is not even a year old and has only been used as a bed 5 times. This is unacceptable for the EXCESSIVE amount of money they charge for this bed. I am IRATE with the lack of customer service and now poor quality with a bed costing over $8000!!!!
