Absolutely loved our experience with Alex K! He helped us find our perfect minivan, which was very popular and hard to find. The whole process was smooth and Alex K really took the time to show us options and test drove a few cars. I highly recommend reaching out to Alex and let him help you buy your car. I had found a vehicle online that I just adored. I was currently driving a vehicle that was 15 years old, so it was time. I was intending to trade it in and after I filled out the trade in information, Mark reached out and I made an appointment for the next day. The car I had my eye on was still there and we took her for a spin. I told him that I wanted her, let's do it. It was a very easy experience. All of the salesmen, including Mark, were so genuinely nice and polite. I got my car, and I couldn't be happier. There was no pressure. I can't say enough good things about my experience. You hear a lot of horror stories with women not having a positive car buying experience. You feel like you have to be aware of being taken advantage of, or talked down to. That was definitely not the case. Trust them to take excellent care of you. Mark was very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable and at home.

Today, I brought my new RAV4 in for its first service. Zara was my service advisor and greeted me with the warmest smile. She took care of me and got me in and out.

I brought my truck in for repairs due to the TRAC OFF and Check Engine lights being illuminated and for routine 50K maintenance on 12/29/25. I was informed that the cause of the trouble was due to chewed wires. I authorized the work and picked up my truck the following day. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the Check Engine and TRAC OFF lights came back on. The vehicle is again rough idling, sputtering, and struggling to rev, and is in the same or worse condition than when I brought it in. Upon inspecting the engine compartment, I found rodent droppings, debris, and undisturbed material (fuzz and pine needles) in areas that were reportedly serviced. This strongly suggests the engine bay was not meaningfully opened, thoroughly inspected, or competently repaired. The vehicle’s behavior under load further confirms the issue was not resolved. I was invoiced $1,428.23, with $1,356.69 attributed to labor, yet there is no evidence the repairs or the service work were completed in accord with the level of professionalism the price tag suggests. Even with my veteran’s discount, the total cost was still over $1,200.00. I’m not even sure the 50K maintenance was performed at all, and judging from the state of the engine compartment and my tire pressure, I’d say it wasn’t. This dealership is presented as a flagship location, and my vehicle did not receive a level of care and attention consistent with that standard or the total cost I was charged. The vehicle is currently not properly repaired and requires further service. I am unable to safely operate the vehicle, and will have to pay again for towing service. I need my truck in good working order and back safely on the road. I would like that my vehicle be properly inspected and repaired and that this matter be addressed promptly. **The truck is not drivable and will need to be towed. I will not pay for a second tow given the amount I was charged for the original "service." Toyota of Plano will need to arrange and cover pickup of the vehicle.
