⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) Excellent service every time! I always come to this UPS Store for shipping and Amazon returns, and the experience is consistently great. Sam is the best — extremely patient, kind, and just awesome to work with. He always provides top-notch customer service and makes the whole process quick and easy. There was a shipping issue a while back, and Sam personally made sure everything was taken care of and that my package was delivered. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism here. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at the UPS Store in Murphy today. I received a “Sorry we missed you” notice stating that my package was available for pickup at this UPS Store. I came in first thing in the morning to pick it up, but the manager, Snehal Patel, told me it would be delivered to my home instead. I explained that the notice clearly said the package was ready for pickup at the store, but she insisted it wasn’t there. I went back home, checked the tracking again, and it still showed “Ready for pickup at the Murphy UPS Store.” So I returned a second time. Ms. Patel again told me the same thing—that it wasn’t there—until I insisted she check. Only then did she find the package and give it to me. What made it worse is that she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience after I had to make two trips for no reason. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way. As a manager, she should be courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful—not dismissive toward customers. This kind of poor service and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable and reflects badly on the store’s management.

I subscribed to a mailbox at this UPS Store, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The process was smooth, and the staff is incredibly efficient and always willing to help. It's made managing my mail so much easier. Five stars!
