Exceptional service. I have been going to this store 2 years and could not manage without it. Lots of services in addition to shipping. The workers are all polite, efficient, cooperative, resourceful, and competent. Neighborhood store that is a tremendous asset. Worker named Isa has been especially helpful in the past.
Visited this Ups store on 10/06 to return my At&t equipment and another Amazon package. The young black gentleman, with the name tag " in training" was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Very patient and helped me with all my items. Best ups in Plano. Thank you.
The people here are ALWAYS professional, prompt, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They provide great service and make it easy for me in whatever I need done. They never rush me, try to 'sell' me anything, and they always have made me feel like they are there to help me. Even when they are busy. I very much appreciate that. By far, it has been the best shipping experience I've ever had in my 60 years. No joke, no fluff.
I had gone to this UPS to get my fingerprinting done. I had an appointment at 2 pm. I had some issues with getting the QR code from the company. So i ended up started the process at 2:28 pm . Christian, one of the UPS employees , came up and stopped us half way through the fingerprinting process at the kiosk saying that a lady had an appointment in the next 2 minutes. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for something that would've take less than 5 minutes. The part that annoyed me was when other customers came in, he made them wait in line while he asked us to stop half way through!
Malcolm was awesome. I had two heavy packages that I needed assistance with while 9 months pregnant and he helped me. His coworker, a little short man with an attitude, kept directing him to not help me. At one point, he even told Malcolm that it’s not required nor necessary to help me. Grateful Malcolm was there. Crappy coworker. Update: He did direct Malcolm not to help. Malcolm attempted to print out my tag that came out too small, the little short man with an attitude, told him “he doesn’t have to do that” when I asked it he make the print bigger. When I realized I couldn’t ship the box, Malcolm assisted with putting the box on the dolly. As Malcolm was attempting to help me bring the package to the car, the little short man with an attitude replied again “ she can do that herself, then stated you don’t have to do that”.
