Studio Movie Grill

First time visiting this theater and I went to try something new. The ticket price was cheaper than other theaters—I’m not sure if it was because of the movie we chose or if it’s always that way, but it was a very good price ($7.58 kids and adults). Inside, the food prices weren’t bad either. The kids’ combo was very good, the burgers we ordered were tasty, and the French fries were delicious—definitely recommended. Everything looked fresh and appetizing. If you order popcorn, make sure to ask in advance if you want it without the liquid butter, because otherwise they add it by default. Personally, I prefer mine without it, and they were delicious. The bathrooms were clean, and the sound in the auditoriums was excellent. The seats aren’t reclining like in other theaters, and I felt they were a bit upright, but still comfortable. The in-seat service is already included in your order (about 18%), so I recommend ordering food and drinks directly from your seat. If you order at the counter, you’re basically wasting both time and the included service. Take advantage of it and let them pamper you. Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed everything, so it’s 5 stars from me. I’m also sharing the food ticket so you can see what I spent.

I usually go to the one on Royal Ln and 75 this time u when to the one in Plano like always no complaints love this place is more quieter then the regular theaters and still very affordable took my date to see her movie choice how to train a dragon I'll be back like always,

I have visited this location several times over the years. One of my favorite things about this location is that they are never that busy. Service is never bad and facility is clean. My only complaint is the lounge seaters are somewhat old and do not recline or offer any leg rest like other comparable locations. The food is up to par with other dine in movie theater location. Expensive, but comparable. Took our daughter for one of the K-pop demon hunter screenings and she loved it.

Use to love going here even before the renovations. Went today, had terrible service, bill was wrong, no customer service when having a 18% charge is ridiculous. No longer going to be going here as this is ridiculous. Would recommend anywhere else compared to here. Food is great just terrible service when waiters and runners are running drinks and food to you when you don’t order it. I had to go look, since nobody was in the theater, for a staff member at the end to get it corrected. Had one server tell me that what was on the ticket was the exact same than a manger fixed it. Now just having to hope I don’t have to call a bank on Monday to make sure they didn’t charge me twice for food.

Amazing as always! We've been going to this location for a few yrs now to the sensory screening as I have a child w special needs, they are very accommodating its always an amazing experience, we drive all the way from grand Prairie because we really enjoy this particular location, I don't drive on the highway much and take all the backroads mostly and it takes me forever to get there but Def worth it!!! I wish I could reserve tickets online as I have to leave almost an hr and a half earlier but I guess I just see it like a small road trip, I am thankful they have these services for special abled kids and adults. The manager I can never get his name its an older man, he reminds me of the dad form Gilmore girls anyways, he is very nice and beyond accommodating, great customer service skills on this gentleman!!
