Couldn't be happier with my overall experience going into the store Rick himself was there to talk about the furniture that is all hand built very sturdy. Very good quality. The delivery was smooth and the turnaround to customize a table was very fast and efficient. People delivered the table and assembled it for me within minutes. I am very, very happy with my table It couldn't be better.

We soooooooooo wanted to love this place. We had been here several times before buying furniture - and really loved everything we saw. The employees were always pretty helpful. But - our couch that we bought from here was expensive & completely fell apart very fast. We also bought some kitchen table chairs - & the screws / chairs fell apart very quickly too. We ended up tossing them. We sent photos & videos to Rick’s but never received any reply at all. We weren’t even asking for a refund - we just asked if they’ve had trouble with other folks who bought the same couch & if they had any suggestions for reaching the company. No response at all. Super bummed by the lack of customer service / follow up / desire to stand behind their relatively expensive products. We shopped here hoping for better quality products & customer service… & pretty much got the opposite.

Rick and his crew are amazing! They have helped with multiple purchases over the years including most recently bedroom and kitchen furniture for an upcoming move! The showroom is large and they have most pieces available in multiple colors. We’re moving out of the area, and they were able to hold the furniture locally for us to bring by the moving truck to load before moving out of town. It was beyond easy and they were more than helpful! All around a great experience! We will definitely miss being so close, but will be back for sure!

Rick’s is a very cool rustic furniture store in downtown Wylie! I have driven by many times but went in for the first time a few days ago and so glad I did. The store is much larger than I thought it would be. And they have a little bit of everything from candles, gifts & welcome signs to sturdy dining tables, bunk beds and sofas! The whole store had a rustic charm and made me immediately wish I had a ranch to furnish haha! But seriously, they did have some great pieces that I could use in my current home too. I have my eye on a very reasonable priced sturdy bunk bed that had a nice set of stairs on the side. I also loved several of the dining tables and bedroom sets that looked very expensive but weren’t. And Rick was super friendly and helpful too. Also, another cool thing to note is that Rick’s furnished everything at the Landon Winery that’s just across the street. Love that the Wylie small business are supporting one another! Definitely a top by and check out Rick’s!

Rick has some awesome furniture, and my wife loved it all. Just take your wife in there, and she will spend alot too. Rick is very nice, and the process is very easy. We will purchase more in the future.
