Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson at Coit Rd.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Plano. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises, and the staff were consistently friendly and supportive. We especially appreciated the spacious, well-furnished room which provided great comfort. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a good variety of choices to start the day. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area.

The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I was able to sleep well. I liked that there was a good amount of space and having a full refrigerator and freezer for food and snacks. We were on the 3rd floor, and it did take several minutes for the water in the shower to warm up. Not a problem, just something to be aware. I forgot my toothbrush, so I went to the front desk to get one, and found that I had to pay for it. That was a little disappointing.

Christina Flores and Ashley Reyes and Melissa are COMPLETE GEMS! I had a grueling flight and was completely exhausted checking in past midnight. As soon as I walked into the Residence Inn I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. They were so helpful and made me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and in a prime location. Ashley, Christina and Melissa are incredible assets to this establishment. THANK YOU! 🤗 Edit: I would also like to add the astounding professionalism of Mrs MELISSA! at the front desk, whose smile is like sunshine! She assisted me from before my arrival until after my departure. I HIGHLY recommend this specific Residence Inn off of Coit Rd. It was the absolute best stay I've had at a hotel ever. P.S. I even received a happy 50th birthday present from the hotel 🎉🎉🎉 FABULOUS!

There are nothing but great things to be said about this location. From management, especially Genesis, to housekeeping everyday, breakfast staff and even the guest. We enjoy our stay each and very time. The love is seen for this location and their team is always working together. Five Stars well worth it.

AVOID THIS HOTEL – Bedbug Issue!!! I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay on Oct/19-24, 2025. I encountered a serious bedbug issue in my room and got several bites. I immediately reported it to the staff after finding bedbugs on pillows. Unfortunately, the General Manager never responded or took responsibility. This lack of concern for guest safety and hygiene is unacceptable. I expected a professional response and some form of resolution, but received none. I will not be returning and strongly urge management to address this issue so other guests don’t have the same experience.
