Place falling apart they dont do proper maintenance. Contactless access doesnt work, light in my unit not working, opened a Ticket at least 4 weeks ago and nobody ever fixed anything. Several units have significant damage on the ceiling. See pictures. If they will offer damaged units they should at least offer better deals than extra storage, less than a mile away units are MUCH better.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! kristie is amazing she took control of this situation and made it right . she recognized me as a good customer and that means the most so thank you kristie i extremely disappointed. unfortunately the way i get paid i cant make the storage payment till my check on the 24th. ask somebody after 6 months of making the payment on the 21-24 and every month i pay all the fees and never say anything . i ask if i could some how adjust my payment date they said no . so another 10 months go by and i continue tho pay it exactly the same way my rent is 162.00 and i pay 282.00 becsuse of the fees and never complain . that’s just the way it is . till this month i paid the 282.00 like always but then i get a letter saying i owe them 296 .00 or tgey auction my stuff on the 24th. the math doesn’t even add up . abd by paying all the fees brings me current every month . then tomorrow they tack on fees and it will be 340.00 how is this even fair . they have made a extra 120 from me every month for over a year . they should love me . i always pay , i’m never there , i don’t complain and they make a extra 1500.00 a yr from me . i’m not even complaining about that it’s the fact they are double charging me on fees i’ve already paid and lien on my unit when i’m current because nov grace period with no fees is today .
i reserved a unit here and immediately regretted it. The unit I was shown was in terrible shape with spiders, insects, water damage, and a ceiling that looked like it had been falling apart for a long time. The whole space felt unsafe and completely neglected. I never used the unit, yet they still charged me forty dollars. I reached out the same day and asked for a reversal, and after four separate complaints I still have not received my money back. The whole experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I would genuinely encourage anyone considering this place to look elsewhere before trusting them with your belongings or your money.
Kristie was amazing! I had a lot of questions about the units, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and help me choose the right one for my needs. She's such a sweet and helpful person who really made the whole process easy and stress free!
My husband and I have had a storage unit with Public Storage for over 10 years. We ran into a problem that needed above and beyond attention. Kristie was so wonderful to step up to the plate to give us her help. As customers we were not disappointed!
