I had the best conversation e with Rhonda today. I had an issue to discuss. Rhonda listened attentively, addressed my concerns, and followed up with notifications as promised. She provided the best customer service I've ever received from any Pathlight representative. Rhonda is a gem, and Pathlight is blessed to have her. Rhonda you ROCK!
Absolute worst experience possible. If I had the option they would not even receive one star. For eight months I have battled to have repairs made in this home and yard. From the start the home was uninhabitable. It was not even cleaned before move in. There was food and trash everywhere and filth in carpet and on floors. The issues have continued for the eight months I’ve lived here. From water leaks to broken ac and heat to subfloors on second floor being damaged. Pathlight sends out all these “experts” for issues but then doesn’t like the estimates and has to send another and then another. It is a complete delay tactic to avoid making repairs. I pay for pent rent and the yard is not even in shape to walk in without shoes due to the brush and sticker bushes that are present. My dog has many times had thorns in her paws from simply going out to the bathroom. The worst part is they will lie about reports they receive from their experts and engineers sent out. Do NOT RENT from these people. It will be a never ending headache and stress for the entirety of your lease. After more than 80+ work orders and lots of time off work to meet contractors I am still in a home with repairs that have been needed for over 8 months. Starting to look like legal action is the only solution.
Please be mindful when you consider renting from this company, I experienced a slab leak on 4/26/24, and have nothing but delays when trying to repair this issue, it’s been three weeks and I’m still without running water, living conditions for the renter isn’t a priority with this company! They don’t answer the phone and all communication is through their app or email, and responses are minimal or they close the ticket without resolution!
Worst possible service. Very polite people who are totally incapable of resolving property issues in a timely fashion. Vendors say the company wants the cheapest possible solution and does not care about quality of work. That appears to be true based on our experience
