I absolutely love this location of Pop Shelf! The manager and her staff do an awesome job with Customer Service. The store is always clean, Price signs are clearly displayed and they make their customers feel welcome and valued. Love the great variety of products and the seasonal stuff is adorable! They also have great sales all the time!

I Visited this store for the first time for cake decorating items. Though they didn’t exactly have what I was specifically looking for, I found a place I’d love to visit for other items! I had never heard of this store before and I’m glad I paid a visit this weekend. I LOVE the energy of the gals that work there. They are so nice and welcoming. That alone stands out. Would certainly recommend this store to others!

Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, as evidenced by her willingness to drive to Prosper, Texas, to retrieve the bouncer and return to Plano, enabling me to make the purchase today. We had no idea what this store was until we stopped to check it out. We were greeted with a surprise mix of low cost quality items. The store has a variety of items from food to pets to seasonal to must have beauty supplies. The isles were not blocked by different items for sale nor was there any clutter around the checkout area. Fairly impressive store overall.
