Plano Water Department

Have had great experience up to this point. I am filing a pool and the city is unable to separate sewer fees and even though I will not be using sewer services with the water remaining in the pool I will be charged that fee. It is wrong to be charged for services you are not using bottom line.

We called the after hour water line service for a leak on the main control valve as the valve could not shut close. Mr David attended the call and described him the issue. Immediately dispatched Victor and Reynold who worked after 8 pm to replace the valve. Appreciate the response and the dedication on the part of the crew to get it taken care. We were in dire need as we are trying to fix an inside leak on the plumbing. Great job. Thanks again David, Victor and Reynold. 👏👏👏. Ram

Our water usage spiked through the roof (8 times normal usage daily). We didn't find out about it from Plano Water until 25 days later. Obviously, this is some kind of leak that should be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Every other city we've ever owned homes in would have alerted us of a spike in usage within a few days. This is honestly pathetic for a city that claims to be so great.

Sergio and Sam are the best! They came over quickly and fixed my water shutoff valve so that now I can turn it off and on again. And Lydia was a great help getting them over in an emergent situation, HIgh Praise to Plano Water Dept.; may God bless y'all :)

I had a main water break in front of my Carwash and if I compare them to Dallas water department they are hands down 100 times better. They are the cleanest crews during excavation and afterwards. Told me they would be finished as a specific time and they did with one minute to spare. Friendly crew. They had all the tools ready to fix.
