Plano Sewer Department

The apartment had a bad main line break near the leasing office on a Saturday morning. The water was bubbling up through the concrete like tiny fountain spouts! The city has an emergency line on the weekends. The leasing office reached out to get help and the city responded the same day. Several people were sent to assess the situation and they ended up starting at 5 PM and worked past midnight! They allowed me to take pictures and answered my questions throughout the process. All that's left is to patch the hole in the road. Everyone involved has been professional and courteous. I'm so grateful to them for being transparent of what they were doing.
