As a Defendant for the State of Texas (Class C Speeding) currently, I wholeheartedly thank the City of Plano for placing themselves under (but not above or beneath) the rule of law that I (and the rest of the citizens of Plano) are held to. May the city continue to prosper, and realize the blessings of liberty, the trappings of security, the gifts of freedom (under the rule of law and also the role of law, which is to preserve and promote public morality and civic virtue).
