Great staff! Dog Trainer Caio is AWESOME! He truly loves what he does and it shows. Hes definitely help me adjust with my Cavapoo KitKat! If you need a trainer he’s definitely the one to look for!

Even though the store closed at 9 PM, she and her team stayed open until I arrived at 9:30, and she still took the time to help me with everything I needed without rushing. From start to finish, the entire experience was a 10-star review because of Aarti. She was kind, professional, and made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I drove all the way from Lubbock to Frisco, and thanks to Aarti, it was completely worth it. She made it all happen for us, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

We are enjoying all the puppy kisses and puppy breath! We found our forever baby on Thurs! Our amazing Petland friend went over and beyond to help us get taken care of! Best decision we made!

I know Petland gets a lot of criticism, and we definitely were nervous. We went in just to see how our son would do with a dog, and this was a great way to interact with some. However my son and husband fell in love with this Toy Australian Shepherd. The price was definitely a shock and a bit high, but we did receive a lot of stuff and benefits. I was worried about getting a sick dog, but we did our free vet appointment, which he did have Giardia, but they paid for the treatment and I booked an appointment with our own vet who agreed that he was very healthy and well taken care of and was impressed with all the medical records I had. I had a lot of information prior to the purchase of him and was very well informed on what is expected from this breed and how to take care of him. They made sure he would be a good fit for our family. We never felt rushed or pressured into this decision. He has been a great dog so far(almost 3 weeks)!
