⭐️ 1-Star Review: Old Navy’s Outdated & Customer-Hostile Pricing Policy I am beyond disappointed with Old Navy’s archaic and frankly pathetic pricing and price-adjustment policies. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year — only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they “can’t help” and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only — pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non–customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. Do better, Old Navy — or prepare to be left behind.
Store manager has a horrible manner to direct costumers Not sure how or why she hold on to her position. Old navy chain has always been known for their professional and attentive costumer service. But this location is the exception. Region needs to step up their game and secretly stop by to find out what's going on And make the necessary arrangements to succeed in this location
Creekwalk Old Navy 15th Street will officially be closing its doors January 21,2026. Come shop before they’re gone for good. This location is closing down so sad, but the Preston and Fairview locations in the area will remain open so no major liquidation sales will happen since merchandise will just get reallocated to other locations.
The coupons provided via email are a money saver. Just be careful as unfortunately things are in the wrong spot and not on sale.
Do not go to store at 15th & Alma. This store has employees who cannot do math and thus insut. I went to buy jeans 50% off outstanding but cashier didn't understand that 25% is not 50% off as their signs say. I guess math must be an elective now.
