Customer service beyond what I expected and a quality product! I've been using the same pair of large dog clippers from Millers Forge for over 8 years on my 2 German Shepherds. I emailed them asking for suggestions on how to keep the nut from loosening, and instead I received a reply that they'd like to send me a new pair of clippers.
