I had a very disappointing experience with this Dr. Man Tue. I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30 PM, and even though I arrived around 2:35, I had already completed the online check-in and forms in advance. However, the front desk seemed unorganized and asked me to fill out a large number of forms again, which took additional time. The receptionist kept mentioning she was “new,” which delayed the process even further. By the time everything was done, almost 20–25 minutes had passed, and then I was told that the doctor would not be able to see me because she had another appointment. This was very unprofessional, as the delay came from their own staff and not from me. I ended up wasting my time preparing and waiting, only to be turned away. This was my first experience here, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. If this is how they handle new patients, I can’t imagine how they treat ongoing ones. Very disappointed.

Mandy Ton is a wonderful doctor. She is so kind and so caring about your personal health. She is very thorough and answers any questions that you have in a way that you can understand I would trust her with any medical issues that I had. The receptionist and her assistant are very good also so kind and helpful and they lab personnel are great. They are very good at their job and also very kind and nice

Dr. Mandy Ton is the best primary physician I have ever had. She is extremely well trained and recognized my earache as a symptom of arthritis when two others couldn't. She is warm and caring, a wonderful person with a big heart.

This was my first visit to Dr. Ton. Very kind, caring and professional. She was willing to listen. Her office staffs were very friendly showing respect to patients. Enjoy seeing this doctor. Another impressive quality was that Dr. Ton could communicate with us in Cantonese!! I will bring my other family members to see her. Thank you Dr. Ton and to your office staff Mai and the team!

Had a great experience today! From the receptionist, nurse, blood draw person to the Dr.!!! They were all very nice, knowledge and professional. So happy I finally found a Dr and staff that genuinely care about my well being!
