They suck at communication. They WILL not follow laws and when you call them out on it they WILL do everything to cover their ass. Do NOT rent from them unless you want to feel ROBBED as a tenant.

Leap property management are literal thieves. We were charged to replace a carpet that was filthy when we moved in, sprinklers that were already broken. Amanda and the whole team there just dance around problems and don’t provide real solution. These are the guys that make you want to own your own stuff because they are completely useless. Picture speaks for itself. Do yourself a favor and don’t even consider dealing with these people. You will have to beg them to fix simple problems and they will steal your deposit for fraudulent charges. Completely negative experience.

Rented a house for the last 15 months from this company and I was treated very well. They provided all the information I needed with no delay to make sure I was comfortable before and after I moved it. Very happy with their services. Thank you!

Do not rent from them. They are terrible. I believe everything those other 1 star reviewers are saying because the same things happened to us. Repairs took forever. Our AC went out after 5PM but our contract says it isn't an emergency so I submit a work order. TWO DAYS LATER, we get a reply. We had a 2 year old. In a house at 80 degrees. That's only one example. Their AC repair guys had to come out 5-6 times because they were too incompetent and we were stuck having to take off work MULTIPLE TIMES. You know what got the AC fixed? Us calling the city on them. We were renting in a nice north Plano neighborhood. That was ridiculous. We also had a pipe break under the house, the hot water heater went out, the fence fell down, the tree in the front yard fell down because the broken pipe weakened its roots but WE were the ones who had to pay to have it removed, the list goes on. I seriously can't make this stuff up. They also keep half of our deposit because apparently the owner wanted to replace the blinds in the house. The entire house was in the exact same condition (I know people say that all the time, but it is true!) - and they kept HALF the deposit. Trust the bad reviews. Find another house to rent.

Everything has been amazing overall. We have had no issues and they are always able to answer my questions thoroughly. Greatly appreciate our property manager and the team at leap!
