I recently visited Kroger, and I have to say, they absolutely deserve five stars, especially for their lunch selection. Out of all the grocery stores I frequent, they consistently offer a wide range of fresh, high-quality lunch options, making it easy to grab something delicious on the go. Whether it's fresh sandwiches, salads, or sushi, the variety is impressive and always well-prepared. The store itself is always clean, the aisles are organized, and products are easy to find. Their staff is also friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience even better. Kroger's prices are fair, and they frequently have great deals, which I appreciate. Yelp doesn't quite capture how convenient and pleasant shopping at Kroger is. Everything is so well-maintained, from the produce section to the bakery, and I've never had a bad experience. They have definitely earned this five-star rating!
🌟 Exceptional Service at Kroger Pharmacy – Plano, TX 🌟 3305 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093 This Kroger location is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. The entire team—from the front of the store to the pharmacy—is consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and it makes every visit feel easy and uplifting. Invaluable Care from Anaam and Gracie at Kroger Pharmacy I’d like to take a moment to share just how much Anaam, the Pharmacist at Kroger, has impacted my experience—and frankly, my life. She is the embodiment of what every healthcare professional should aspire to be: deeply knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and unwaveringly kind. Her ability to combine clinical expertise with emotional intelligence is something rare and remarkable. Whether you’re facing a complex situation or simply asking a question, Anaam handles it with grace and compassion that makes you feel seen and respected. Kroger is truly fortunate to have her—she is not only invaluable, but indispensable. Equally, Gracie, the Pharmacy Tech, brings a gentle, uplifting energy to the pharmacy every single day. Her kindness is immediately noticeable, and her friendly, thoughtful approach helps create an environment that feels safe and welcoming. It’s clear she takes pride in her role, and her positivity leaves a lasting impression. Individually, Anaam and Gracie are outstanding. But together, they create something even more powerful—a team built on trust, sincerity, and genuine care. Kroger isn’t just lucky to have them; Kroger thrives because of them. In a world that often overlooks the everyday heroes behind the counter, Anaam and Gracie deserve to be recognized for the invaluable presence they bring to their community.
So corporate can look at who acted like it was funny. It was approximately around 9:40 to 10:00 when that happened at night on October 7th 2025 y'all can check the camera. I'm the big guy in the white shirt Just now left the parking lot. I am pissed off and now I look at Kroger much differently. I guess I don't look like I'm rich even though my family is very much. Rich and I hate saying that because I'm not entitled but apparently I need to be wearing drapes and gold all over. Even though I'm wearing a gold ring and Golden Cross. Well they judged me based on the fact that I have a beard and sent one of their fake shoppers to smile at me and walk past me what you think it would not make me notice that you think I'm a thief. I can see them both watching me. I don't find it. Funny that you treat me like a thief. What did I do to be such a thief? I was shopping like everyone else, if I ever come back here again and they do that to me again I will never come back here again and I will complain at corporate. You could do a much better job in treating me like I'm a thief and maybe not making it noticeable. I feel extremely judged I may even cuss and swear at someone if y'all do that stuff again. That's how angry that makes me don't break my space like that ever again maybe next time you'll think twice before you invade someone's space and judge them because guess what my family is filthy Rich father's house is $4 million
I am done shopping a Kroger, forever. There is nothing indicating you can’t push an empty shopping cart through these doors. I was pushing an empty cart back to the cart area to return it with my 11 month old daughter when our cart came to an abrupt halt. This is very dangerous. There should be signs or gates like the other stores to indicate direction of travel
I like this Kroger better than the one in my neighborhood and will go out of my way to shop at this one.
